Project Wildcat 2009 Trip Destinations
Here
you will find information about three of the Project Wildcat destinations for PWILD
2009! The sites that we choose to go to vary each year. Please
note that each camper will be traveling to only one location to
backpack for the week with his or her small group.
North Country National Scenic Trail, Allegheny National Forest, Pennsylvania
Lake Superior Hiking Trail, Minnesota
Porcupine Mountains Recreational Area, Upper Peninsula Michigan
It is Project Wildcat's policy that campers will not find out their
destination until they get on the bus with their small groups. However,
we will post destination group lists on our website upon our departure
so that parents are aware of their child's location during the week. We
follow this procedure so that campers will not dwell so much on the
location to which they are going, but rather focus on the new group of
faces with whom they will spend their week-long adventure.
